1. Who we are

ASO Mochi is a product of Mahalo Mochi LLC. This policy covers every page and feature on asomochi.com. When we say “we,” we mean Mahalo Mochi LLC.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

• Email address when you create an account
• Name and profile data if you sign in with Google
• Payment details, handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers
• App IDs and keywords you choose to track, along with the country store you track them in

Information we collect automatically

• Browser type, device type, and approximate IP location
• Pages visited and features used, via Google Analytics
• Session cookies required for login

3. How we use it

We use the data above to:

• Run daily rank checks against the Apple App Store on your behalf
• Show you your rank history, trends, and release markers
• Process subscription payments and send receipts
• Email you about account security, billing, and service updates
• Improve the product by studying anonymized usage patterns
• Detect abuse, fraud, or automated scraping of our service

4. Services we use

We rely on a small set of vendors to run ASO Mochi:

• Supabase for authentication and database hosting
• Stripe for payments, per Stripe’s privacy policy
• Google Analytics for anonymized usage analytics
• Google OAuth if you choose to sign in with Google
• Vercel for application hosting
• Apple iTunes Search API and its autocomplete endpoint. We read public App Store data. Apple is not a processor of your personal information

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We share data only:

• With the vendors listed above, to the extent required to run the service
• To comply with a valid subpoena, court order, or other legal process
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public
• To a successor entity if Mahalo Mochi LLC is ever acquired or merged. We will give you notice before any transfer

6. How we protect it

• All traffic to asomochi.com is served over HTTPS
• Passwords are hashed by Supabase Auth
• Database rows are gated by row-level security policies
• Payment data never touches our servers

No system is perfectly secure. We take reasonable steps to protect your data and will notify you if a breach affects your account.

7. How long we keep it

• Account data and the ranks you have tracked live as long as your account is active
• When you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days
• Aggregated, anonymized analytics may be retained for product research

8. Your rights

You can:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold on you
• Correct your email or profile details from the dashboard
• Delete your account and all associated tracking data
• Opt out of product-update emails at any time
• Export your rank history as CSV

9. California residents

If you live in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what we collect, to delete it, and to opt out of any sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information.

10. Children

ASO Mochi is built for professional use. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, email us and we will remove it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product grows. If the change is material, we will email active users and update the date at the top of the page before the change takes effect.
